RE: Lot Line Adjustment application
Dear Mr. Hornbeak:
We are hereby returning your lot line adjustment application, including
Check #193 dated October 1, 1981, in the amount of $125. As you may recall,
the lot line adjustment as proposed was unacceptable because lot #10 would
be smaller than the minimum lot size.
It has been several months since you requested a "hold" on the project, so
that the possibility of your purchase of lot #9 could be pursued. Having
no communication from you for several months, we are returning the entire
case and deactivating the application.
