Applicant Instructions
A request for a Lot Line Adjustment may be approved only if the following findings
are made:
1. The adjustment involves adjacent parcels.
2. No additional parcels are created.
3. None of the parcels involved are reduced below the

The completed and notarized Application shall be submitted with three (3) copies
of the map of record or the current assessor's map page showing the involved parcels
and delineating the proposed lot line adjustment. All exhibits of the proposed lot
line adjustment shall indicate the angle and the distance of each newly adjusted
line. A fee of $ 125.00 shall be submitted with this Application„
The Director of Community Development will review the Application, make a.recommen-

Dear Steve:
After review of the above lot line adjustment, relative to our
previous discussions regarding grant deed requirements, I have
approved the application and we will forward it to Riverside County
for recordation. There should be no problem with this as these
parcels are under single ownership. This has been confirmed with one
of the County's recordation supervisors, as you already know.
Regarding your previous application (LLA 87-034), I understand that
you will be contacting Riverside County to find out how they wish to
handle recordation of the application, so that the appropriate
information may be prepared. It would greatly interest City staff as
to what comes out of your discussion with the Recorder's Office.
