2010 05 18 RDA MinutesLA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES MAY 18, 2010 A regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairperson Evans. PRESENT: Agency Members Adolph, Franklin, Henderson, Sniff, Chairperson Evans ABSENT: None PUBLIC COMMENT -None CLOSED SESSION Executive Director Genovese announced that due to Douglas R. Evans being out of town, he would be serving as the Agency's real property negotiator. 1. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator, Thomas P. Genovese, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property located southwest of the intersection of Highway 111 and La Quinta Centre Drive. Property Owner/Negotiator: Direct Point Advisors, Inc., Michael Hastings: 2. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator, Thomas P. Genovese, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of certain vacant lots located in the La Quinta Cove (APNs: 774-044- 011, and -012). Property Owner/Negotiator: Habitat far Humanity, Fred Bell. 3. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator, Thomas P. Genovese, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property located on the west side of Eisenhower Drive between Avenue 50 and Avenida Fernando. Property Owner/Negotiator: Pyramid Project Management, Ken Hoeppner. The Redevelopment Agency recessed to Closed Session to and until the hour of 4:00 p.m. Redevelopment Agency Minutes 2 May 18, 2010 4:00 P.M. The Redevelopment Agency meeting was reconvened with no decisions being made in Closed Session which. require reporting pursuant to Government Code Section- 54957.1 (Brown Act): PUBLIC COMMENT -None CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA -Confirmed APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION - It was moved by Agency Members Sniff/Franklin to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of May 4, 2010, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED MAY 18, 20.10. 2. .RECEIVE AND FILE TREASURER'S REPORT DATED MARCH 31, 2010. 3. RECEIVE AND FILE REVENUE & EXPENDITURES REPORT DATED MARCH 31, 2010. MOTION - It was moved by Agency Members Sniff/Franklin to approve the Consent Calendar as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.
