PACIFIC WESTERN BANK
Dear Mr. Stout:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for three permanently -
mounted business identification sign and two lobby signs for "Pacific Western Bank"
within the Village in La Quinta. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:.
7. This sign permit grants three permanent acrylic -faced channel letter signs. "Pacific
Western Bank" letters shall be blue and thelogo shall be yellow. The materials, size,
illumination and location for the signs are per the approved plans on file with the
Planning Department.
2. The west -elevation sign shall read "Pacific Western Bank" and shall incorporate the
business logo. The signs shall be non -illuminated. Total sign area shall hot exceed
fifty (50) square feet. The sign shall be '/4 " thick and shall be pinned off the wall by
�/2 „.
3.The east -elevation sign letters shall read "Pacific Western Bank" shall . not exceed
forty five (45) square feet in area. Sign lettering. shall be internally -illuminated
channel letters. Letters shall be 5 inches thick and' shall be attached flush with the
wall. Lettering size is limited to one (1) foot in height.
4. The south -elevation sign letters shall read "Pacific Western Bank". Sign letters shall
be six (6) inches in height. The total sign area shall not exceed twenty five (25)
square feet.
5. The three lobby signs shall be located per the approved Sign Program. All signs shall
be made of 3/16" thick acrylic with vinyl.graphics. Signs shall be attached flush to
the building fascia. The total sign area for each sign shall not exceed two and a half

6: The sign letters shall conform to the approved Sign Program for The Pacific Western
Bank ISA 07-1135).
7. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the, plans. One is for your submittal to
the Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
