the above referenced Lot Line Adjustment based upon the
following findings of fact, as required by Section 13.68.020 of
the La Quinta Municipal Code:
1. The adjustment involves adjacent parcels.
2. No new parcels are created.
3. The parcels included are not reduced below the
zoning development standards applicable under the
approvals for Tract 20052, variance #1370-E and
Conditional Use Case #2262.
The approved exhibits and deeds have been forwarded to Orange
Coast Title as you requested. Please be aware that this is not
our normal procedure under declared policy; therefore, please
