Dear Mr. Hill:
The La Quinta Planning & Development Department has approved
the above referenced Lot Line Adjustment for zoning compliance
only, based upon the following findings of fact, as required by
Section 13.68.020 of the La Quinta Municipal Code:
1. The adjustment involves adjacent parcels.
2. No new parcels are created.
3. The parcels included are not reduced below the
zoning development standards applicable under the
approvals for Tract 14496.
The approval authorizes you to have new Grant Deeds prepared
and recorded to reflect the approved Exhibit "A" under this
adjustment. These deeds must reflect that Lot Line Adjustment
90-115 was approved by the City.
We are returning one copy of Exhibit "A" and the accompanying
legals for your use in recordation. Once the new deeds have
been recorded, please submit certified copies of them to the
Planning & Development Department for our files.
