LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 90-125 (Lot 19 & 20)
Please submit a deed showing Parcel 4, Parcel Map 5361,
excluding the lot line adjustment area.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 90-129 (Lot 34, 35, 36 & 37)
The exhibit for this lot: line adjustment shows Lot 34 having
less than the minimum lot size allowed for this tract (9,000
square feet). Please revise your exhibit and deeds to ensure
the minimum lot size is reset for all lots. (Originals attached).
FEES:
A $125 fee was originally paid for Lot Line Adjustment: 90-106
(Lot 32 & 33 - Lot M) on May 14, 1990. Another $125 fee was
paid for the same lot line adjustment when resubmitted November
6, 1990. You therefore have inadvertently paid the lot line
adjustment fee twice for Lot Line Adjustment 90-106.
In addition on November 6, 1990, a fee of $250 was submitted
for Lot Line Adjustment 90-129. This fee is only $125 since
this is considered only one lot line adjustment.
