The La Quinta Planning & Development Department has approved
the above referenced Lot Line Adjustment for zoning compliance
only, based upon the following findings of fact, as required by
Section 13.68.020 of the La Quinta Municipal Code:
1. The adjustment involves adjacent parcels.
2. No new parcels are created.
3. The parcels included are not reduced below the
zoning development standards applicable under the
approvals for Tract 21846-3.
The approval authorizes you to have Grant Deeds prepared and
recorded to reflect the approved Exhibits A, A-1, A-2 & A-3
under this adjustment. These deeds must reflect that Lot Line
Adjustment 91-138 was approved by the City, as noted in the
deed exhibits being returned to you.
