Tract 24890, located north of 52nd Avenue and west of Jefferson Street.
It is our understanding that you wish to hand deliver the Grant Deeds for the newly adjusted lots to
the County Recorder. The original Grant Deeds are attached for recordation. Please note that the
Grant Deed for portion "a" should be recorded first, transferring ownership of the adjusted area from
Rancho Capistrano Development Corporation to David and Diane Ault. The second and third Grant
Deeds describe the newly created lots. Once these Grant Deeds are recorded, please submit a copy of
the recorded documents to the Community Development Department to complete our files.
