1. Please have the enclosed Certificate of Compliance and new Grant Deeds (with legal
descriptions) recorded at the Riverside County Recorder's Office. Each property owner shall
notarize their respective Grant Deed prior to recordation.
2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the
case can be considered complete as outlined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance (Title 13)
of the Municipal Code.

2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the

A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Century Homes
Communities (the "Corporation") was held on August 5, 1994 at 10
a.m. in its corporate offices located at 1535 South "D" Street,
Suite 200, San Bernardino, California 92408, pursuant to the
Written Waiver of Notice of such meeting, a copy of which is filed
with the corporate records and made a part of these minutes.
Present were John Pavelak and Kristine Pavelak.
The purpose of this meeting was as follows:
a) To transact business of the Corporation.
After discussion, the following was unanimously resolved:
RESOLVED, that in connection with the development of
50 single family residences in the City of Moreno Valley,
under the partnership known as Del Rey at Moreno Valley,
L.P., (hereinafter the "project"), Robert Reinen is
authorized to sign on behalf of the Corporation in its
capacity as general partner of said partnership, any and
all documents in connection with plan checks, permits,
entitlements and all documents relating to city and other
governmental agency actions respecting the project.
RESOLVED, that Gary Weintraub, as Vice President
and/or as Assistant Secretary, is authorized to sign, on
behalf of the Corporation, all agreements, including
indemnities, relating to the issuance of surety bonds in
connection with the project.
