Dear Mr. Cunningham:
The Community Development Department has received your lot line adjustment request to shift the
common property line between Lots 24 and 25 of Tract 25290. The Department has approved the
request, however, the following procedures shall be completed in order for the boundary adjustment
to be considered final:
1. A Grant Deed shall be prepared for Lot 25. Once prepared, please have the enclosed
Certificate of Compliance and new Grant Deeds (with legal descriptions) recorded at the
Riverside County Recorder's Office. Each property owner shall notarize their respective
Grant Deed prior to recordation.
2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the
case can be considered complete as outlined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance (Title 13)
of the Municipal Code.
