Engineering staff has reviewed the legal descriptions and drawing for the subject lot line adjustment.
The documents are in good order and are rececommended for approval.
Transmitted herewith is a blueprint of the 18" x 24" drawing and legal descriptions for four parcels
(A,B,C,D). Engineering will hang the 18" x 24" mylar in the engineering plan file.
If you need a 8.5" x I V reduction of the drawing for recordation purposes, please contact Joe Soneji
with AEG (341-6660). It should be noted that the lot line adjustment is complex and its not
recommended that the original be printed on 8.5" x I P media, however, for recordation purposes
the smaller size may be needed.
