2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the
case can be considered complete as outlined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter

adjustment to be considered final:
1. Please have the enclosed Certificate of Compliance and new Grant Deed (with legal
descriptions and plat map) recorded at the Riverside County Recorder's Office.
2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the
case can be considered complete as outlined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter
13) of the Municipal Code.
