Dear Mr. Kelleher:
The Community Development and Engineering Departments have reviewed your lot line adjustment
request to adjust the side yard property line between Lots 55 and 56 of Tract 24517. We will
approve the request when the two Grant Deeds are corrected and submitted to us as noted (See
attached). Once corrected, please process as follows:
Please have the enclosed legal description of the subparcel recorded at the Riverside County
Recorder's Office (Exhibits A and B). The accompanied Grant Deeds shall be recorded with
the subparcel information. The Grant Deeds shall be notarized before submission to the
County.
2. Once recorded, please provide a copy of the recorded material to our Department.
Upon acceptance of the material by the County of Riverside, the Community Development
Director will issue either a Certificate of Compliance or a Conditional Certificate of
Compliance as required by Sections 13.32 and 13.44 of the Subdivision Ordinance, indicating
the City's final acceptance and approval of the request.
