Engineering staff has reviewed the documentation for the proposed lot line adjustment and has the following
comments.
0 1. Exhibit B, the plat, needs two items of information added to complete it before it should be approved

2) the Certificate of Compliance number for Parcel 10
2. The heading for the legal description document should be "Exhibit A", with a "LLA, 96-214"
subheading instead of its current narrative heading.

transferred from one lot to the next.
6. The two extra legal descriptions mentioned in comment #5 are needed for attachment to the grant
deeds that implement the lot line adjustment. They too should be reviewed by Engineering.

This concerns Parcel 10 to be developed by Stonington Properties... and the need to process a.Lot
Line Adjustment Application.
As you know, the subject site was depicted as Parcel 10 of TTM 27184 as approved by City
Council. it was to be "legalized" by a Certificate of Compliance, which was previously filed
with and plan checked by the City. Said C of C was approved for recordation, pending the clean
up of the Center -wide Lien Agreement between TDC and the City.
With the Stonington Plot Plan Application, it was determine that four (4) additional spaces were
needed. The intent of the parties is to "give" four of Eisenhower's spaces to Stonington" and in
turn, give to Eisenhower four spaces from the future. Pad 8 adjacent to the east.
Hence, the need for the subject two-line/three-parcel LLA. In that regard, please find the

This concerns Parcel 10 to be developed by Stonington Properties... and the need to process a Lot
Line Adjustment Application.
As you know, the subject site was depicted as Parcel 10 of TTM 27784 as approved by City
Council. It was to be "legalized" by a Certificate of Compliance, which was previously filed
with and plan checked by the City. Said C of C was approved for recordation, pending the clean
up of the Center -wide Lien Agreement between TDC and the City.
With the Stonington Plot Plan Application, it was determine that four (4) additional spaces were
needed. The intent of the parties is to "give" four of Eisenhower's spaces to Stonington, and in
turn, give to Eisenhower four spaces from the future Pad 8 adjacent to the east.
Hence, the need for the subject two-line/three-parcel LLA. In that regard, please find the
