common property line between Parcels "C" and "D" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 95-189. The
Department has approved the request, however, the following procedures shall be completed in order
for the boundary adjustment to be considered final:
1. Please have the enclosed Certificate of Compliance and new Grant Deed (with legal
descriptions and plat map) recorded at the Riverside County Recorder's Office.
2. Once recorded, please provide copies of the recorded material to our Department so that the
case can be considered complete as outlined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance (Title 13)

Per a telephone conversation with Stan Sawa at the City of La Quinta, the city has reviewed the
lot line adjustment and has found it to be technically correct.
On May 9, 1996 I sent a letter to Michael Shovlin requesting that he prepare the grant deeds for
the lot line adjustment. Once Stan receives the executed grant deeds, he will approve the lot line
adjustment and send it to record. This process should take approximately one week after receipt
of the executed grant deeds.

This concerns "Pad 12" to be developed by Boston West... and the need to process a Lot Line
Adjustment Application.
As you know, the subject site is Parcel D of LLA 95-189. With the Boston West layout, it was
determined that less land is needed, and that Boston West desires to deal with a smaller sized
parcel. The intent of the parties therefore is to adjust the common property line between the
current Parcels "D" and "C" of LLA 95-189.
Hence, the need for the subject LLA. In that regard, please find the following for processing:

2. Plats
3. Legals
4. Filing Fee of $125
