2010 11 16 RDA MinutesLA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES NOVEMBER 16, 2010 A regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairperson Evans. PRESENT: Agency Members Adolph, Franklin, Henderson, Sniff, Chairperson Evans ABSENT: None PUBLIC COMMENT -None CLOSED SESSION 1. Conference with real property negotiator, Douglas R. Evans, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property located southeast of the Miles Avenue and Washington Street Intersection and north of the Whitewater Storm Channel. Property Owner/Negotiator: CP Development La Quinta, LLC, Richard Oliphant. City Attorney Jenson announced Tom Genovese will be the real property negotiator for this Closed Session. The Redevelopment Agency recessed to Closed Session to and until the hour of 4:00 p.m. 4:00 P.M. PUBLIC COMMENT -None CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA Executive Director Genovese stated Business Item No. 1 has been pulled from the agenda and will not be brought back at a later date. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION - It was moved by Agency Members Franklin/Henderson to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November 2, 2010, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
