APPLICABILITY
The following criteria must be met to approve a lot line adjustment:
❑ The adjustment shall not create a greater number of parcels than originally existed.
❑ The resulting parcels shall conform with City Zoning and Building Codes.
❑ The adjustment shall not cause existing uses or improvements of the property to be out of compliance with any
provision of the City Codes.
MINIMUM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
❑ Existing grant deeds or title reports for all affected parcels.
❑ An acceptable legal description of each existing parcel and a metes and bounds description of each new parcel proposed.
❑ Closing calculations for each new parcel proposed.
❑ Original, unrecorded Grant Deeds for each new parcel with the following:

pursuant to Chapter 13,32 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Enclosed is the approved
information for this application. Once recorded, please send a copy of the material to
our office for filing. Enclosed is a letter addressed to the County Recorder stating that
LLA 2001-357 can be recorded.
The City has approved this adjustment based on zoning compliance and correctness
of the metes and bounds legal descriptions. Any potential conflicts with utility
easements should be investigated by the developer at the earliest opportunity. By
execution of this approval, the applicant and/or property owner agrees to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless the City of Le Quints from any legal claim or ligation arising

information for this application. Once recorded, please send a copy of the material to
our office for filing. Enclosed is a letter addressed to the County Recorder stating that
LLA 2001-357 can be recorded.
The City has approved this adjustment based on zoning compliance and correctness
of the metes and bounds legal descriptions. Any potential conflicts with utility
easements should be investigated by the developer at the earliest opportunity. By

The City has approved this adjustment based on zoning compliance and correctness
