❑ The resulting parcels shall conform with City Zoning and Building Codes.
❑ The adjustment shall not cause existing uses or improvements of the property to be out of compliance with any
provision of the City Codes.
MINIMUM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
❑ Existing grant deeds or title reports for all affected parcels.
❑ An acceptable legal description of each existing parcel and a metes and bounds description of each new parcel proposed.
❑ Closing calculations for each new parcel proposed.
❑ Original, unrecorded Grant Deeds for each new parcel with the following:
❑ State on the Grant Deed when all affected parcels are under one ownership.

As per our discussion over the last couple of days, we have been working on the surveying for construction
of Tract. No. 28409 (Flores de Montanan). During the survey we have discovered the encroachment of wall
from the neighbor along Lot I & We have already spent about six (6) hours of survey and office time to
figure out what is going on. As per our meetings with Jim and you yesterday, we may end up doing more
work to assist you in getting that wall removed.
As 1 explained to you, Dudek & Associates, Inc., did not anticipate or include any effort (and cost) in our fees
for this item. Thus I believe that this item is really an extra for the project. If you concur we will open up
a separate phase for all work related to this wall issue and invoice you for actual time and effort spent to
help you get rid of the wall. I would budget $1,000 00 at present for this task. If our cost gets close to the
budget, I will inform you immediately so that we can adjust our budget.
