Tract 29316) with an existing home site (lot 8 Tract 29316).
This requested adjustment does not alter the total number of lots within the development, and has the
approval of the HOA, which is the Seller of the Piece of common area Lot 17 Tract 29316. A check for

Attached you will find the original copy of a Lot Line Adjustment Application being filed on behalf of
Birdie Homes III, LLC. The application requests the merger of a small piece of common area (Lot 17
Tract 29316) with an existing home site (lot 8 Tract 29316).
This requested adjustment does not alter the total number of lots within the development, and has the
approval of the HOA, which is the Seller of the Piece of common area Lot 17 Tract 29316. A check for
$350.00 is included, for the application and plan review fees.
