QUINTA, COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK
18 PAGE(S) 63, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
The City is releasing this Notice of Pendency due to a change in ownership. However, release of the Notice of
Pendency does not indicate or imply that the property is in compliance, or that the violations present at the time
of recordation have been corrected or no longer exist. The buyer is required to correct any and all violations
present on the property which may /shall require investigation and /or due - diligence on the part of the
owner/buyer /investor /vested interest. Should violations continue to exist or reoccur, a new Notice of Pendency
may be placed on the property in the future.
There being no monies owing and due to said city for abatement expenses, or there being no cause for a tax
