Notice is hereby given to all persons, pursuant to the provisions of the La Quinta Municipal Code, as
adopted by Titlell of the La Quinta Municipal Code that the property described below has been
inspected and found to be substandard as defined in Chapter 11.72 of the above code and the owner of
record have been or will be notified.

UCADB 302.6 Insufficient stability. Obtain permit & demolish unstable walls.
UCADB 302.4 Structural Damage. Demolish structurally unsafe /damaged walls.
LQMC 8.01.080 Permits required. Obtain demo permit and permit for new walls.
UHC 1001.8.2 Faulty weather protection /roof. Repair roof in damaged area(s).
LQMC 9.50.090 (16) Rear and side yards must be secured by view obscuring
walls. Obtain a permit and install new walls per approved codes and materials.
LQMC 9.50.090 Landscape Maintenance. Restore water and grass or other form
of acceptable groundcover.
LQMC 11.73.030(A) Graffiti: Remove or paint over graffiti with comparable color.
This document will be expunged only when the City Building Official finds that the public nuisance has
been abated and either that such abatement has been accomplished at no cost to the City or that any
such costs have been repaid to the City or that such costs have been placed upon the tax rolls as a
