HOUSING COMMISSION MEETING
A Special meeting held in the Study Session Room
at the La Quinta City Hall

This meeting of the Housing Commission was called to order at 1:34 p.m. by
Chairperson LaRocca.
I. CALL TO ORDER

Present: Commissioners Pam Dorsey, Sue Leider and Chairperson
Teresa LaRocca
Absent: It was moved and seconded by Commissioner Dorsey
and Chairperson LaRocca to excuse Commissioners
Jamison and Polanco. Unanimously approved.
Chairperson LaRocca asked for an update on Polanco's
absences and whether they can excuse her.
Staff stated it was at the discretion of the Commission.
Chairperson LaRocca requested clarification on
Commissioner Polano and whether she intends to attend
any meetings. Staff stated that the matter will be
referred to Council since she has not attended any of
the scheduled meetings. Chairperson LaRocca
requested an update on the provision regarding
absences.
