REVISED CONDITIONS
This letter is to report APPROVAL by the Planning Director of your plot
plan for an agricultural trailer in the W -2 'Lone of the Lower Coachella
Valley Zoning District, located on Avenue 50, 1/2 mile west of Jefferson,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The develcpment of the premises shall conform substantially with
that as shown on plot plan marked E)(hibit "A" on file with 18.30
(`Ya -2) Plot Plan No. 1774 in the office of the Riverside County
Planning Department and further subject to the following conditions,
2. The trailer shall be occupied by the owner or operator of the
parcel being farmed or his employees as a one - family residence.
3. The trailer and /or soace shall not be rented or held out for lease
4. The trailer shall. not be located less than 50 feet fror any
property line,
5. The area of the parcel being farmed shall not be less than ten
acres gross,
