Dear Dr. Schulze:
This letter is to report approval of your application for location of an agri-
cultural mobilehome on property located 1/4 mile west of Fillmore on Avenue
53, Thermal, which is located in the A -2 -20 Zone in the Lower Coachella Valley
District of Riverside County., This approval is subject to the following con-
ditions:
1. The development of the premises shall conform substantially with
that as shown on plot plan marked Exhibit "A" on file with 18.30
A -2 -20 Plot Plan No. 3936.
2. The mobilehome shall have a minimum of 450 square feet of floor area.
3. The area between ground level and the floor of the mobilehome shall be
screened from view by an opaque skirt entirely around the mobilehome.
4. The mobilehome shall be screened from view from the front property
line by shrubs or trees.
5. The mobilehome shall be occupied by the owner or operator of the parcel
being farmed or his employees as a one - family residence.
6. The mobilehome and space shall not be rented or held out for lease,
