RE: P1ot.Plan No. 84 -056, PGA West Real Estate Office
Dear Kevin,
This letter is to report approval of Plot Plan No. 84 -056, a request to convert
an existing residence into the PGA West Real Estate Office.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Establishment of the real estate office shall conform with
Exhibit "A" as contained in the Community Development
Department's file for Plot Plan No. 84 -056, and the following_
conditions, which conditions shall take precedence in the
event of any conflict with the provisions of the plot plan.
2. The developer shall provide fire protection as follows:
a. The structures shall be provided with a minin n 500 GPM
fire flaw.
b. The Applicant shall provide a standard hydrant within
165 feet of the furthest corner of the buildings as
_ measured along an approved vehicular travelway.
c. The Applicant shall provide 2A -10BC fire extinguishers
so that no part of the building is more than 75 feet
from a fire extinguisher; a fire extinguisher shall be
provided in the coffee roan area.
3. The Applicant shall subaut the following additional information
to Riverside County Health Department for our review, evaluation,
and approval, prior to the issuance of any building permits:
a. Domestic Water The private domestic water supply serving
the existing residence must be fran an adequate potable
source that meets all structural and water quality standards
of the State of California. The domestic water system shall
be developed and designed in accordance with the requ
of the local Health Department and moist be approved by this
