The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed your architect's resubmittal
of landscape and grading pians in response to our letter dated 5-3-02. The
Committee will approve the issuing of a building permit on this home subject W.
the following commentr-:
1. The plant rmsterial at the front of the guest house must be up sized to
mitigate the wall height of the guest house- A tree will need to be
added to soften the view from the street.
2. The construction drawings will need to be updated and resubmitted to
the Association incorporating the new retaining wall, the rock veneer
and the neoe.ssary landscape changes from above. The plans will
need to be received prior to the setback inspection for this home.
We are in receipt of your construction performance deposit We are waiting for

Please be advised that we have performed some revisions on the structural plans (Foundation
plans) -of the referenced project dated 429-02 as shown and clouded on the structural plans
(sheet. S-1.0).
The revisions we made were minor modifications to the depth of the foundations for certain
locations of -the structure based on the actual depth obtained,from the grading plans. Some
foundAon details.have been revised and clouded accordingly.
The structural integrity of the foundation has not been affected and NO STRUCTURAL
calculations are required for the revision.
