The Tradition Architectural Design Review Committee reviewed your request to expand the Master
Bath as3d add a new Bed/Bath between the Garage, and Utility Hall (to the kitchen) for your home at
Lot 100. The committee understands al1 finis Iors and mate na�s ch the existing home
(including the exterior plaster corner radi es). The plans were approved subje,t to the following
items being addressed as needed.
1. As a courtesy the ADRC would like to remind.the design.and construction team about the new
codes related to the allowable distance between buildings with wa11 openings. It is possible that
the regulatory agencies will request the distance be a minimum of 6' rather than 5' at the Master
Bath expansion. If a modification is required written notice to the ADRC is sufficient.
2. The landscape information was approved as submitted.
3. The Title 24 compliance sheets indicate a new air conditioning system. The . plans do not
indicate any new equipment. If new equipment is to be installed please provide a site plan
indicating the proposed locations for review and approval.
