Remodel Front Entry and Landscape
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Branson:
The Tradition Architectural Design Review Committee met to review the request
to remodel the front gate design and location as well as the landscape and side yard
configuration at your home on Del Gato Drive.
• The request to relocate the wall and entry gate was approved as submitted
subject to a design sketch and/or photograph of the new gate being
submitted for approval prior to installation.
• The committee is concerned with regards to the raised patio in the side yard
as it relates to the privacy of the adjacent lot owner. As the lot is currently
vacant the committee is unable to determine if the raised patio will impact
them in a negative manner. Please provide a line of sight study for final
review of this proposed area.
• The landscape modifications were approved as submitted.
Thank you for your submittal., Work may begin at,the lot, with the exception of
the side yard patio which requires further clarification and review, once a Pre -
Construction Meeting is held in the field with the General Contractor. Please
