Per our march 10, 1992 telephone conversation I believe we are
in agreement that the majority .of the building complies with the
conventional framing practices in the Uniform Building Code .(UBC),
Chapter 25. 'Engineering is provided for the entire house but only
required where not in conformance with chapter 25.of the UBC. In
reviewing the plans it appears that the wall lines requiring
lateral engineering are: LINES 7,8, and 10. Please note that all
exterior walls as well as some interior walls are sheathed with
1/2"CDX.
