This is to inform you the Design Review Committee for Los Estados Homeowners
Association met recently to review your request to install the following items per the
application and plans submitted on June 5, 2007.
1. Swiuvning-pool. & spa with hardscape.
2. Rear yard landscape with lighting. 1
Aflrer due consideration the:Architectmal. Committ^easjpproved your request
condugent on the following items:
i. Owner muse; obtain alt permits through City of La Quinta.
2. Owner required to maintain drainage from rest yard to street.
3. Owner agrees that the two Queen Palms inquestion on the right Year corner
adjacent to 76-950 Avenida Femando will be omitted from the proposed plans
and not installed until official confirmation is received from the adjacent property
owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wilson approving such two trees.
4. Owner agrees that the Committee reserves the right to request the owner to
modify and decrease the up -lights from the proposed 35 -watt bulb at the "Final
Inspection".
5. Owner agrees to submit the Notice of. Comletion form at the end of the project.
