Dear Mr. Schuman:
Your Architectural/landscape variance request to install a
southwest style patio overhang approximately 9 feet:x 12 feet x 9
feet high as per attached.photographs was approved as
submitted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. All work shall be done in a workmanlike manner by competent
and licensed professionals.
2. Actual modifications must conform to the plans and
specifications submitted and approved.
3. All work is to be in compliance with local building codes and
ordinances.
4. Any damage to the common areas resulting from this
modification and its construction will be repaired at your
expense.
5. Contractor must provide the Association proof of Workman's
Compensation coverage prior to the commencement of any work.
6. You are to provide a list of names of the workmen for the
security guards at the front gate.
7. Cost of installation and continued maintenance shall be your
responsibility and that of subsequent owners.
8.
You are required to execute a written agreement and a notice
of that agreement using. the attached form for recordation.
+X building permit issued by the City of La Quinta must be
obtained and visibly displayed on the exterior of your home at
all times during the construction of the approved modification; a
copy of the permit is to be given to the Association prior to the
commencement of any work and a copy of the signed off permit upon
completion.
All access must be done through the atrium and no work is
to be done from the tiled roof areas.
_X No construction material or dumpster is allowed to be
placed in the street.
All debris is to be removed from the roof area and common
area upon completion of construction.
X All construction -debris is to be removed from the site
prior to each weekend in order to maintain order and retain the
aesthetics of the development.
.All electrical wiring must be contained within approved
conduit painted to match the surface it contacts.
