subjects the applicant to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).

Dear Mr. Walling:
The Planning and Development Department has reviewed the above referenced
subject, which is a deletion of the covered portions of, the south egress lane through
the gatehouse. We understand that this change is necessary due to land acquisition
problems.
The Planning and Development Department has determined that the revision is
consistent with the originally approved architecture; Design Review Board review
of this change is not necessary and the revision is hereby approved. A set of the
revised plans have been forwarded to the Building and Safety Department for their
use during building inspection activities.
