There is no record of a permit being issued for a room addition or a swimming pool at this address. However, it is possible that records were misplaced in the transition from an unincorporated area to a city. The following was observed: 1. Both the pool and addition complied with current setback requirements. 2. No obvious' structural problems were observed in the addition. 3. The bedroom did not comply with current emergency egress requirements. However, it is possible that at the time of construction it was in conformance with the Code. I was not able to determine if the pool light was functioning properly because the switch could not be located. If I can be of any further assistance, feel free to contact me.
