Dear Mr. Martinez
The members of the Architectural Committee reviewed the application submitted to install a new
pool at your residence. The Committee approved this project based on the color samples and
plans submitted and with the following conditions:
• No deposits were submitted with the application. An administrative fee in the amount of
$50.00 and a Security Deposit in the amount of $2,500.00 must be submitted prior to
work beginning. Contractor entry into the Community will not be permitted until the fees
have been paid.
• tt there is to be any demolition of walls and/or landscaping applicant must comply with the
provisions of Step 6 paragraphs a & b.spelled out on page 16 of the Architectural &
Landscape Rules, etc. A copy.is attached.
• Applicants contractor `is to wash down street every evening at the end of the work -day
when there is any accumulation of dirt, or any other foreign materials in the street.
• No construction material or construction equipment is to be left on the front or side yards
at any time.
• The plan needs to show the gas line to the fire pit and heater.
• Copies of the City permit for the gas line will need to be submitted to the management
company before construction begins...
• . The plan needs to show where the drains are located in the new hardscape an their
connection to the current drainage system.
• The Committee recommends that the applicant review with his contractor thep mp size
as it seems to be excessive, as past experience has been 1 HP pump is suff nt for the
pool and spa instead of 3 HP. .
• The wrought iron fence must be painted black.
• Landscaping is desired behind the wrought iron fence. A landscape plan needs to be
submitted for review and approval. i
Enclosed please find a "Notice of Completion" which must be submitted when the project is
complete so that the Committee can perform their final inspection.
