The Tradition Board of Directors has reviewed the Variance Form you submitted to move the
pool back to the rear property line, with a zero setback. The Variance was approved by the Board
subject to the following comments:
1. The raised bond beam and the pots will need to be removed.
2. The pool can be no higher than the existing grade.
3. Any proposed landscaping off of your property will need to be reviewed and
approved by the Board of Directors.
