The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed your third submittal of construction
documents for your lot 44 on Claret Cove. The plans were approved subject to the
following comments:
1. Details are needed on the base of the finial.
2. Roof and chimney details are needed for the Class B flues. See detail 17/D-2,
you will need to show the 2" recessed requirement with clarification.
3. A variance is required for the use of a turf block driveway. It will need to be
banded with the paver material. Please submit a variance form for this for
Committee and Board of Director review.
4. On the motor court entry gate, the metal that will be visible will need to be
finished in an antique fashion.
5. A $5,000.00 construction performance deposit is required prior to the
beginning of construction. Please make the check payable to: Tradition
Community Association.
