The new property lige waU detail, 23/A9.1, show the property line and that footing.:is.not.over the property line. The wall detail itself looks fine, the concern is that the footing will be located over the,property line or farther into the property than anticipated. 2. On ihe'roof plan, the skylight detail 23/A9.1 still does not show the height of the curb detail. The call out 2 x for the curb framing is not speck enough to tie down the actual heightaf the sky light curb above the adjacent roofing. The sky light curb detail should be kept as low as possible so it will not pop up above the roof plane. 3. The side yard wall on lot 46 side should be extended to the front and rear set back )ides. 4.
