The two houses mentioned above are near completion. . Because the
sewer will not be available in this area for approximately six
months, it is unreasonable for the builder to pay the sewer permit
fee or to wait to occupy the structure until sewer is available.
We request that you issue the builder, Mr. Howard Hassett, a permit
for a water meter, waiving the sewer hookup fee until the time that
the properties tie into the sewer.
