The Applicant has verbally indicated that they are considering an alternative site at the southeast corner of Avenida Madera and Calle Potrero. As a part of the construction the Applicant wishes to construct an attached "Granny Flat", consisting of a bedroom, bath, and kitchen with a cooktop with approximately 325 square feet of floor area.
