DETERMINATION: THIS PLOT PLAN AMENDMENT WHICH IS A PART OF PGA
WEST HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CALIFORNIA
CODE SECTION 65457 (a). AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT WAS PREPARED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
OVERALL "PGA WEST SPECIFIC PLAN" AND CERTIFIED BY
THE CITY, COUNCIL ON MAY 1, 1984. A SUBSEQUENT
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WAS PREPARED AND
ADOPTED AS A PART OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
"PGA WEST SPECIFIC PLAN" AND CERTIFIED ON
SEPTEMBER 20, 1988. THEREFORE, NO ADDITIONAL
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW IS DEEMED NECESSARY.
The City Council at its meeting of June 6, 1995, on appeal by a PGA West resident,
approved the design of the Ryder (formerly Doral), Heritage and Masters Collection
