The City does not have the Certificate of Deposit in question in our files.
Please find attached a letter stating that the condition of approval has been satisfied and the City no longer
requires T.D. Desert Development to maintain the $3,000 deposit.

of the CD currently held by Pacific Premier that is pledged to the City.

|have spoken to several people at Pacific Premier, and they have gone back through their files and can't find anything
that it's relating to either.
What evidence do we need to provide so that we can move forward on getting this CD released? The bank said that,in
their experience, these types of CDs have been a 10 -year guarantee tops. We're to nearly twice that length of time.

Not sure. It must be related to some Tract so that must be found to see if TD has fulfilled the
obligation the deposit is associate with. It may be up to TD to submit a formal request for release,
and to show evidence that release is warranted. I'll keep you posted.
