Remove existing roof tiles, set aside for reuse.
Install two layers of SBS, UDL tile underlayment, mechanically fastened..
Install roof tile pan flashings at parapet walls.
Install valley metals over third layer bleeder sheet.
Snap in chalk lines, re install roof tiles, nailing each one Mi place using approved fasteners.
Install weather block at ridge boards and roof to wall, as needed.
Install ridge caps, mechanically fastened with secondary seal
(Guest Bedroom and garage tile decks not included. These decks can be reset with neighboring Units
