The effects of this application.on adjacent common area property and existing
units was considered in this approval/disapproval with the Eolluwing conditions:
Patch stucco around door to match existing stucco. 6"x8" beam on top of
door to match stucco color, and be detailed per attached plan. Doors will be
treated to help withstand weathering. All plans and specifications to be in
conformance with -applicable governing codes.
Buildings and Grounds recommendations/conditions:.
