The letter is to document approval of the two (2) enclosed architectural requests:
One request was to install a ventilation window facing east in the front bathroom, to be finished
on -the exterior to match existing windows. This request was approved by Robert Dennis, Jeannie
Hillier and Dennis LoPresti.
The other request was to extend the back patio east and north and install a hot tub in the ground
of the northeast corner of the patio, install Saltillo tiles on the patio floor, and replace the plants
on the exterior of the new walls. This request was also approved by Robert Dennis, Jeannie
Hillier and Dennis LoPresti.
