completion of all roofing related work.
Replace all necessary tile to match as close as possible in inconceivable area
Quality control
- - All roofing material must be manufactured by the primary manufacturer.
- Contractor shall provide field quality control through supervision, instruction and inspection.

Removal and disposal
All roofing debris to be properly disposed off at the local landfill.
Deck preparation
Substrate to be inspected for loosened or non flush to the deck sheathing nails, and any
found will be driven flush, or completely pulled out, and re -nailed using a new nail at a new
location.
Substrate to be cleaned and free of all debris prior to installation of new roof.
Check for weak areas any found will be inspected for dry rot and replacing plywood. at a rate
$48.00 per sheet of plywood; upon approval of owner or agent.
Sight set-up
Castro Roofing and (owner or agent) to agree upon a workable set up area in which to locate
his, equipment.
Contractor shall restrict the public by setting up safety tape around the set up area, i.e.,
kettles, trucks, bins, etc.
Grounds to be left clean on a daily basis.
General
Only competent workmen shall be employed on the work.
- Job' to be staffed from .7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Should inclement we threaten, or job is shut down due to high winds, etc., Contractor
will man the job on weekends at no extra charge to the owner.
Contractor to obtain all necessary permits for the re -roofing, and coordinate the required
inspection with the building department.
Upon request contractor to supply owner or agent with a certificates of workers
compensation, and liability insurance.
