VILLA VISTA HOA ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL AND LIABILITY
DISCLAIMER
My attached proposed improvements and\or construction will not result in any cost to the Villa Vista HOA.
There- are 2 copies of a drawing of the project, one for the HOA and one to be returned when approved by the
Architectural committee. All maintenance shall be the sole responsibility of myself, my heirs or assigns.
I will indemnify the Villa Vista HOA, its officers, Board members, agents and contracts, against liability for
any cost, damage, lost, injury or death from this project. Approval by the committee does not waive the
necessity to obtain any required City or County permits.
I will inform subsequent buyers of their responsibility related to the maintenance, upkeep and liability with
regard to the aforementioned.
If the proposed project is visible from an adjacent neighbor property, their signature shall be obtained.
I will make sure the work is completed in a good workman like manner, within 45 days of commencement and
that the workers at the end of the project leave all areas they have impacted in a clean and orderly manner.
1 have attached a description or drawing that describes the type of improvement and materials to be used.
