To Whom It May Concern,
On or about 25 October 20001 visited the site noted above to perform the structural observations as
required by the UBC. All aspects of the rough framing and concrete foundation and slab on grade
were found to be in substantial conformance with the structural design intent of the construction
documents, constructed in a conscientious and workmanlike manner. Various minor nailing,
blocking and connecting discrepancies were noted and pointed out to the contractor. Since the
time of that initial visit, the contractor has remedied them all.
By this letter I hereby certify that the project is insubstantial conformance with the structural design
intent of the project as portrayed in the construction documents.
