are fidnings are as.follows:
One of the french doors leading'to the back -patio has a 1/2"
to 3/4" gap at the top.This is like,having a window left cracked
open or leaving a door left ajar.
The heat and cold loss through the gap at the top of this.door
puts the house out of title 24 energy compliance.
Since the house is less than one year old the builder or seller
is responsible for repairing or replacing this door.to maintain
compliance of title 24.
