Could result in short circuit due to sharp metal edges. 2. 3 wire Home Run to garbage disposal and dishwasher has 2 -120A circuits on same phase sharing neutral. This has the potential of overloading the neutral. Circuits should be on separate phases and use a 2 pole 20A C/B, not a 20-20 Twin C/B. 3. Wires in panel -that are not used should have been removed or at least capped off. 4: Grounding bond for pool ,goes from the pool steel. to the pump motor and stops. This bond needs to continue to ground rod or ground bar in panel. 5. Bond to pool light should be solid #8 and terminate to a grounding conductor not smaller than #12 gauge if this bond does not go back to main panel. Circuit that pool light is on 15A general use circuit on #114 gauge wire. 6. Built in ironing center is on a 15A general use circuit. This appliance should be on a 20A dedicated circuit, which would eliminate the possibility of an overload 7.. Ground clamp on U-Fer ground was loose. We tightened. 8. Sealtite to pool motor not strapped to wall. 9. Switch boxes have no crimp connectors or wire nuts on grounds. 10. Outlet in courtyard not on GFI circuit. 11. Cold water bond not accessible, it has been covered with stucco.
